Start with a tool

Choose a tool from All tools, select a file, choose settings and process it. Download the result or select Save to workspace. No account is needed.

Where is Save to workspace?

It appears in a tool’s result panel after processing. Temporary uploads in Workspace are previews; uploading alone does not save them permanently. Open Workspace → Saved results to find files you saved.

Why did my files disappear?

Temporary uploads clear on refresh. Saved results belong to one browser and website address. Switching browsers, using another device, or changing the website address shows separate storage. Browser cleanup and private mode can remove stored data.

Why wasn’t my size target reached?

Some files cannot meet a small target at the chosen dimensions or quality limits. Try a larger target, smaller image dimensions, or image-based PDF compression. PNG does not support the same quality adjustment as JPG/WebP.

Why is OCR inaccurate?

Use clear, straight, full-resolution printed English text. Tiny text, decorative mockups, handwriting and skewed photos are harder to recognize. Auto uses existing PDF text where available; choose OCR to read text inside images on mixed pages. Review numbers carefully.

How do split ranges work?

Enter 1-3; 4-6 for two PDFs. Enter 1,3,5 for selected pages in one PDF. Pages must exist in the source file. PDF → Images uses commas and ranges, such as 1,3-5.

Why can’t I share or preview?

File sharing depends on your browser and device. Use Download when sharing is unavailable. PDF previews also depend on browser support; choose Open preview or download the file.

File limits

Input files are limited to 25 MB each. Workspace and saved results each have a 100 MB total limit. Individual tools show page and image limits. Password-protected PDFs are unsupported; Merge and Split also reject forms and signatures.
