    Common questions

    Does merging turn text into pictures?

    No. Pages are copied without rasterizing them, so existing selectable text can remain selectable. Bookmarks and cross-document links may not be retained.

    Which PDFs are unsupported?

    Password-protected PDFs, PDFs with form fields, and signed PDFs are rejected. Use an unlocked, unsigned source copy without form fields. The total limit is 500 pages.
